My Man of Steel Prediction

First off let us begin this dissection session with the official trailer for Man of Steel. So watch if you are not yet familiar with the new Superman.

For your own convenience I added a link right here. Just click. Trailer

Now before I begin my analytical digression on the contents of this video let me state a few simple things.

Let us begin with an announcement of my own. Obviously this is my own opinion. I am bound and full knowingly going to be wrong on my conclusion. What I get out of the trailer is what I think could be a very badass scenario to redeem the name of Superman after it's atrocious past films. Normally I hate Superman, but in this version it seems like lunk head actually deals with alot of grit. And I love grit lathered with some butter on it.

So before the trailer strikes any visualness you get this music. But this isn't any ordinary type of song, it's a melody of sadness. A reminiscing bitter memory cycling through Clark Kent's Kryptonian brain. This lingering memory still stings Clark hard and even drove even the World's strongest being into a state of disarray.

It all began when Doomsday attacked, his greatest nemesis.

To keep from blathering too long I'll make it short. This movie is about an established Superman whom everyone believed in until Doomsday attacked. Of coarse Superman defeated this foe like all the rest, but this time an ultimate price was paid. The battle claimed the two things he loved most. The city of Metropolis and the love of his life Louis Lane.

For the first time in his life Clark has felt the repercussions of victory. A losing win. Realizing the costs of his almighty strength in comparison to the so fragile Earthlings he decides the world may be a better place without him. Unable to show his face to Earth no longer with the wake of this realization he flees to outer space to console himself on what has happened. But as time passes Clark never feels comfortable and is restless despite helping other worlds. For Earth is where his heart had stayed.

So he comes back, but hides his true nature. A big memorial is built in the reconstructed Metropolis area ran by Lex Luther. The news and media still years later harp about the catastrophe of the Superman / Doomsday fight. So Clark adapts to the normal hard working jobs of the common people. He blends well into society and even grows a beard and abandons that signature stray curl in his hair. But the memory of Lois Lane and all the innocent people still haunt him. And the media reminds him of it on a daily basis. So he takes an isolated life on the open seas. Clark swears off his powers for forever.

Until the day comes when General Zod comes to Earth to find Clark for some specific reason. I'd say, to make it awesome, Clark still not knowing his full strengths combined with his typical careless fighting tactics ruined other civilizations made Zod hunt him down to pay for his crimes against the citizens of life. Or maybe Zod demands Clark help him construct a new Krypton on Earth making humans the slaves or even wiping out the planet to start anew. You know typical "evil" things.

The last part of my prediction isn't very worthy I realize. But I really do love the concept of the movie beginning with Doomsday and Superman slugging the snot out of each other while demolishing the World's Greatest City. What is a better sight then two gods duking it out? Then Superman's ultimate attack takes the life of Lois Lane to drive him into the depths of depression. Anyways that is how I think the movie would begin with the ultimate bang, but we all know it won't happen.

Now I think I'll sulk into a depression of my own because if it.

Weekend of a Lazy Bum

This weekend I was blessed enough to not work a stinking minute. So I did what any lunk would do. I DID NOTHING!

My only achievement was writing 2k words. So now I'm sitting on 5k, which is OKAY but not FANTASTIC.

The reason for the delays is smitten by trying to make every character unique and fashionable. It's hard to find the right words to dress up a character's image. So I sit and think, think and sit, eat and think then drink a beer. See the vicious cycle of this deadly form of plotting?

But overall I feel I'd found the most appropriate ways to design these new characters. So at least in this aspect I'm feeling rather confident, for this first rough draft at the least.

Also I watched the new Conan the barbarian movie after grudgingly renewing my netflix. I felt justified in this reasoning once I cancelled my Hulu Plus which I was rarely using after getting Crunchyroll to watch my anime on. Woot Woot Naruto!

Anyways this 2011 Conan was just awful. I am going to spare my fingers the blistering work of writing a review on that piece of trash. I think I'd much rather unravel day old vomit from the pits of a port-o-potty and take a smell of it with one nostril than attempt to watch that movie in its entirety once again. I found this action flick more comical than anything else.

Anyways agenda of the day is back to awful work, BWW, and Packers game. Then I plan to get at least another thousand words in the day. OH Yes! Also reading more of The Wise Man's Fear from Patrick Rothfuss. Doing all these things would make a day an agreeable success.

And now I leave you with Joe Biden's friendship.

Hello My Name is Fatass

Waking up this fine morning I found a most disturbing thing. The only cereal left was the detestable Honey Smacks, still it lingered after three days of avoidance. Finally I did what needed to be done. I went to Walmart.

Upon my cold and even more rainy drive to the Mecca of all cheapness a sudden craving crept about my brain. Doughnuts.

So I arrived in the store. First thing I checked was the doughnuts. And there they stood. Even boxed up and ready to go, how convenient and courteous. So how could I no longer resist the twelve sugary devils. So for the cheap price of $3.75 I grabbed the box to further ruin my health.

Never would I abandon my original mission though. So I went straight to the cereal aisle. I didn't even give that seductive ice cream section a glance of my time. Although it was very tempting.

Then I was there in the middle of being stared at by the entire cast of those breakfast of champions. Tony the Tiger told me Frosted Flakes was the way to go. I scoffed at his folly. Then the cracked out Trix rabbit spazzed for my attention so I flexed a mighty bicep to scare him away. Then I saw the helplessly delicious MOM's cereal of shredded frosted wheat. This was my choice. It was cheaper and somewhat healthier than the others, but the bonus of all was it held the most cereal. Hi-5 for smart shopping. To chill the shredded wheat I of coarse bought whole milk with the richness of vitamin D to nourish the marrow inside my bones.

Thus is the tale of a Saturday morning. And time to feast.

Yes I am a Liar

Earlier today my goal was to strike 5k words on my writing. Sadly I only achieved half that goal of 2,500. But I feel very satisfied with the results because in this short jotting of words the entire story and plot line has fallen into place. Almost everything makes sense in this tale now.

Still I am bewildered how writing is just so crazy and amazing at the same time. But that'll be a discussion for another day. For at the moment I grow weary.

So as I go to bed I don't ask for a round of great applause. Because I had failed, but if you are so courteousness enough to give a small golf clap it'll be genuinely accepted.

Major Goal of Today's Day Off

So today I am in the reveling glory of a day off. To start the day off I very characteristically took my time to get up. Promptly 8:17am or so. After slouchy my way to a piss and up the stairs I faced utter disgust.

My options for breakfast was like choosing a slap to the sack to a kick in the balls. The cereal left was between a Kellog's Smacks or Kellog's Special K Blueberry. So do I want cardboard tainted with honey or crunchy grains of concrete?

I was logical and took neither. Instead I enjoyed an already opened stale poptart, cookie dough flavor. But the toaster covers the staleness of it usually. Today was that usual day.

ANYWAYS...

I began the day then watching Naruto's new episode. Which was decent for a filler. Then read some part of a story I wrote months ago and decided to not start it up again.

Rather I am going to dive straight into Underneath #2 "The Middle. Pretty good ideas have been turning inside my head the past few days so why neglect what my thoughts have been nibbling at.

So my goal is to reach 5k words today. I will depart soon for the library and burn the calories away with the tenacity of my flying fingers.

Then later tonight I have some softball games to dominate it up. Hopefully it'll finally be cold enough to break my Worth Toxic bat...
Wish me luck your greatnesses as I dive into the catacombs of the library to wrench out the beast of my imagination and lul it to speak of ultimate tales of unworldliness.

Decisions of a Demon

Yesterday a good friend informed me on a very possible life consuming matter. Guild Wars 2 is now available to Mac!

So now for the past 18 hours since I've received the txt message I've been gruelly debating on to buy it or not. The match inside my head is like a spectacular WWE wrestling match. Back and forth my mind screams "YES!" or "NO!". Then once one side begins to pin the other and the ref's hand is millimeters away from calling the match the other sprawls out of the submission like unbottled lightning.

As of this morning I am still teetering on the "NO!" side, but the wind can sway the decision as I talk to my other friend at work today about it all day long.

I have played the game and it is amazing. What I really love about it is you can PvP and be max level right away and not worry about such nonsense of grinding to the top level after having 38 hours of your life consumed. Yeah I know it usually doesn't take THAT long, but I tire of the grind of dungeon raids and all that nonsense.

Also the other big factor is NO ONLINE FEES!!!

So I will keep you informed of my big purchase of the week.

CARRY OUTS = ANGER

So at my place of employment there is a certain aspect of my job I despise. This so called "thing" could be referred to as a "carry out".

At times I understand the unfortunate cripple need assistance to their car with their products of purchase. In these instances I am glad to give a helping hand because they truly appreciate the help. This is good.

Now for what is bad...

Detest and disgust sling in and out of my nostrils like a slinky when I perfectly healthy person requests a carryout for their minute singular bag. By the sweetness of Geoff Jenkins's homerun swing do I spit at them. This just proves society is lazy and will take advantage of any kindness or consideration they can much their dirty jaws on. So all these people can bath in flowing chamber pots for all I care.

Sorry this rant was rather insidious as it went on but I wanted to prove a fact. So if you didn't get through it basically this is what burns my marshmallows over the burning campfire.

If your wrists look like this I will be happy to help you out!

ME - THE TG - TIMNACIOUS

Hello my people, Welcome to my soon to be esteemed blog. Here I will ramble and rant like a running faucet of mucus from the nose of a naked Brazilian babe held captive in an icy igloo.

So yeah that is that.

My topics will be that, dat, and this. But NEVER EVER will I speak about THOSE! So if that covers more than enough without belaboring your blessed soul I am happy with that.

What I do is work a job which is isn't important. But what I do which is important happens when I'm not at my job. So I enjoy life playing sports and chilling with friends in my free time. I love beer, babes, and books. So just remember the BBB's for thats the three loves for me.

My current aspiration is a project I've been working on for about three years. This beast I've been trying to slay for so long is to have my own published book. Currently I finished my first baby Underneath and have gone through three rough drafts, sadly though it's still a far way from being to a quality level of being sent out.

Other works I have is a super hero book, a science fiction war mongering novel, a man's version of twilight with vampires and werewolves, and a crazy tale of a boy with a mission to avenge his enslaved race. Lastly I have an orc folly which I've been tampering about with. So this blog is a bit of a warm me up for writing and to get the blood flow along with the creative juice mixed to the brain.

I don't want to make my initial post a novel itself so I'll save other aspects of my life for later. In the next week I'll make more exclusive and separate posts to my three BBB's and what I may be feeling in life.

So please visit frequently if you are intrigued. I'm sure at some point I'll tell something worth your while, and if not then shame on me.

You can follow me on twitter @timnacious for a shorter version of my endeavors and rants.
